Weirdly enough, my guest bathroom. I feel like the other rooms are fine, but the guest bath, while a full bathroom, seems to small to me.

Does an enclosed porch count? I've always wanted a bigger one.

Man Cave with a timed vault door that doesn't open until set time regardless.

Living Room. It's small and I can barely fit two upholstered chairs and a loveseat in it partly cause it's on an odd angle too. Well I manage but I'd like some more space around the furniture.
Kitchen could be smaller. Takes too long to walk to and fro from counters. Would like to change it to a galley kitchen because it's easier and faster to prepare food. The I'd take the extra space and turn that into a pantry. I could use a second walk in closet for clothes, shoes, boots, purses and jewelry though. Or just use up a whole room. I hate throwing any outfits away cause they come back in style later. |

Office.
My wife and I share an office and it's where I play videogames. I could use the extra 2 feet. |

Absolutely the garage. We have more room than we need in the rest of the house.

Master bedroom. We have a sitting area in the bedroom next to a small fireplace where I like to read, but the wife is always sitting in the chair reading when I want to be in there. Would like extra room for another oversized chair so I have a place to read while she's in there.

I want to turn my enclosed deck that we never use into an extension of our family room. Or just make it my man cave.

Kitchen. The kitchen in my current home is smaller than my previous kitchen, so I've had to put things in storage and it's a pain hunting them down when I want to use them.

My house is +80 years old. The kitchen and main bathroom are small. I'd go with the kitchen since the lack of size in the bathroom makes it uncomfortable yet highly efficient.
BTW - My breakfast nook is just the right size. |

The word "Man-cave" shouldn't exist. A Man shouldn't be relegated to a cave to pursue his interests in his own home/on his own time.
A Hobby room may be appropriate if you're into toy trains, or some other stupid shit, but being sent to a separate room to live your normal life is not healthy for anyone in the family. |
