I know Kroenke is a real estate man, and I think the only way the team stays in STL is either a new stadium being built with the city paying a fairly large portion of the finances or the city gives the Rams the EJD and the surrounding land.

You didn't ask me, but I'll answer anyways.

I do think there's a shot, but unfortunately it has nothing to do with the folks in St. Louis. I think it has to do with the NFL and LA. Kronke is a narcissistic mother****er and he wants that market all to himself. If he doesn't get it, he may take his ball and go back to St. Louis. I think that's your only shot though, and I think that's slim. I think he'd rethink his philosophy and swallow his pride before he walked away from all that money. I'm sorry bud. Guys like you are who I REALLY feel sorry for in all of this. I've been there...but your situation is worse in all honesty. This has to do with money, and money only.
