2014 - Who will Have a better season - Cassel or Smith?

Cassel & The Vikings

VS

Smith & The Chiefs

Cassel has Bridgewater snapping at his heels....will he be DONE a few weeks in?

Smith had a solid season last year, but theres been some losses to free agency on the line and our secondary may allow a metric ass ton of points....

What say YOU Chiefsplanet?

You all know where my heart lies....8-)

Verdict:

ALex Smith wins by a LANDSLIDE

Cassel may be done for good...out for the season on IR for the rest of 2014 after just a few weeks

Minnesota's starting WR's for Casshole today were Greg Jennings and Cordarrelle Patterson.

John Dorsey/Andy Reid provided Alex Smith the luxury of throwing to a Frankie Hammond/Donnie Avery starting WR tandem today.

That explains a lot.

Holy shit didn't realize we were 1/12 on third down.

Just like Alex's shitty NFCCG appearance.

Only difference is the 49ers ran a few times on third down in Alex's NFCCG appearance. In our game yesterday, he was actually 1-12 on third down.

This is our quarterback. SMFH.

Surely people aren't serious about comparing Smith and Cassel. Smith is a legitimate NFL quarterback who's probably slightly above average in the league. Cassel is a Tim Burton movie.

The casshole looked horrible yesterday. He coulda easily had 4 or 5 ints. Alex suck does suck but cassholes suckage is at least a couple of standard deviations below that - Bridgewater should be starting by game 5.

Minnesota got to play the one team worse than us, without their starting QB.

If Reid adjusts to running mainly double TE sets with JC getting volume carries, Smith will eventually have better numbers. If that is your metric. The crapfest gameplan Reid rolled out vs Tenn. is just going to get Smith killed.
