I honestly don't eat a lot of junk anymore. I have to save my calories and food. I do love Little Debbie fudge rounds and oatmeal cream pies. |

here's one I like - Especially if It's just for me - (me being the only one eating on it) --- It's no burgundy infused bolognese sauce, that's for sure.
However - I like to make spaghetti sauce using the mccormick spice spaghetti seasoning envelopes - I base the sauce off of pure tomato paste, generally I'll thin it down w/ a mild broth. I like to add brown sugar to it - but at the end - I add a can of french cut (drained) green beans) - and also I will drip in some olive-oil. It's a nice white-trash meal - - I just remembered I also like to have a cup of cottage-cheese (small curd) - off to the side. It's a lasagna sensation - only it's a little more refreshing because the cottage chs. is cold. Works out well though. Very nice example for you there. |

I used to nuke them in a 7-11 microwave in the 70s when I was a paperboy... Those and hot chocolate on a cold morning, folding papers with no gloves, are AWESOME!

Oh man! Kraft makes a spaghetti kit - Tangy Italian. Replace the noodles with decent pasta and make the spice mid with a half pound of hamburger and tomato paste and water... I still love that shit. |

Donuts are just too damn high calorie for what they give you. If I'm at a QT and in the mood for some garbage food, I head straight to their roller grill.
