Richard Petty to Danica Patrick -- I ACCEPT THE CHALLENGE ... Let's Race!

Probably already posted so Who do you think would win and why.
http://www.tmz.com/2014/02/21/richar...nge-lets-race/

My Take
Richard Petty was the product of the best equipment to work with in his era, he also got alot of his wins at some questionable tracks...
Remember the last wreck Petty had that basically ended his career? The one at one of the road tracks?

Petty would suck if he was a driver in this era because he is a one foot driver, You have to be a two foot driver to compete in Nascar now, Danica would eat his lunch..

She is not a great driver but she is as good as any of the lower tier drivers in Nascar

I'm sure Danica could beat him today because he's like 93 but to think she will ever be able to drive a car like Petty is silly.

How many people here drive an automatic with two feet (left foot braking)?

Petty was a product of his equipment back in the day... He wouldn't be worth a crap in his prime in Nascar today

My dad raced dirt tracks in the 50's and that's how he taught me to drive. It didn't sit well with my driver's ed teacher though. I don't do it all the time but I still do it.

Do you have any issues when you drive a manual?

My work highway car is a little Cobalt 5 speed. In town I use my right foot to brake because I'm usually going to have to step on the clutch. I pop the brake on the highway though to take off the cruise. My truck is where I almost always use my left foot but that's an automatic.
