I also like calorie info at restaurants because it makes it easier to figure out how to make food more reasonable (for example, leaving the mayo off of a Whopper cuts more calories than you would think).

I just wish people would educate themselves more on what really matters and not just freak out because some Internet or TV guru tells them they should.

As a Celiac, do you eat at restaurants often? No fears of cross-contamination?

My wife is a Celiac and she has had a reaction EVERY time we went out to eat. Needless to say, she won't eat at restaurants anymore.
