Smith is probably worth ONE 2nd rounder given his age. Not only did the Niners get Dorsey to add another conditional, but they made the conditions of that pick about as easy to reach as possible. "Win at least 8 games?" Given a 2-14 team, that's not easy to do, but I've never heard of a condition being set at winning 8 flippin games.

Playoff success, yes. 8 games, no.
