How often do you eat a home-cooked meal?

With all the food posts lately, I'm wondering how often you eat a meal that's made at home. Frozen pizzas, etc. don't count. I'm talking about a meal that takes some thought and time to make. Oh, breakfast is unique because cereal, toast, etc. are easy, so it's not a deal breaker. It's better than donuts, though.

I'd make a poll, but the options are overwhelming.

We'll figure 21 meals per week (you get the math I'm sure).

As to the OP, probably 60-75% of the time counting the leftovers, depending on what's going on. Sometimes it's a lot less if I'm rolling hard in the field.

But the meals we cook usually aren't super fancy or complex like a lot of the food thread guys.

They don't have to be. Just the canned veggies need to go, imo. You're not helping your health eating those. Get more fresh into but back up with frozen instead of canned. Don't overcook the fresh or boil in water. Grill 'em. Add some raw like a salad. And I don't mean iceberg lettuce for that.
