Anyone worried about economic down times impacting ticket sales, i would imagine every single home game would have a strong marketing campaign in the visitor's city for travel packages. Not to mention the corporate stooges reserving luxury suites. I don't think they would have any problem selling out regularly, and easily.

If you're a fan and want your team to essentially play all road games it also sounds like a great idea. They'd be going from splitting an area with about 8 or 10 million people to an area with about 2 million and would probably see a stadium half full of road fans every week. Not a recipe for success |

It is not a super far drive from LA/Oakland, and it seems airline tickets are not a whole lot, I have a feeling lots of fans will still keep their tickets and then just sell them if they cant go that week. The Chiefs week will **** them though being that much closer. |

While I think that under normal circumstances, an NFL franchise can survive in Las Vegas, there's no doubt that if there's an economic downturn, they'll be the hardest hit. |

Sports should embrace gambling IMO. Pro sports anyway.

It has since the beginning of time. They just won't say so.
The point spread is on every site and article. The word favorite or favored is in every article. It's why what you consider trash games on Thursdays still thrive..bbecause people gambling want to see a particular spread happen even if it's obvious who's winning . Even the team everyone said would lose still scores twice in the last 5 minutes to at least cover..oor at least tease the possibility to civer |

Seems like a natural fit for the Raiders. Sin City

They need to do something. That stadium is a glorified toilet.

if I go to Vegas, it sure as shit isn't going to be to watch the Chiefs drop a winnable game during a hopeful playoff run.
