If nothing else, catch the first episode. It's St. Louis, which is kinda neat in itself, . . . but the last segment is on Grace Meat Plus 3, which is part of the family that started with Pappy's for BBQ, then expanded to Southern for Nashville Hot Chicken [two of my favorite restaurants around, . . . period].

His restaurant GM+3 is, homestead dinner-style [start with 'saying grace' over your dinner, and you get meat of the day and 3 sides, hence the name].

I'd call the Impossible Whopper an 8 on a scale of 1 to 10. If someone gave you one without telling you what it was, I doubt you'd notice. It's not a perfect replacement for ground beef, but it's as good as anything I've tasted (and my wife is vegetarian, so I've tasted a lot).

I always somewhat considered BK burgers "Impossible" before they branded the Impossible Whopper. They always had an artificial "charbroil" flavor to me that I found off putting even by FF standards.

I'm surprised so many vegans/vegetarians accept this form of meat replacement. What gives it the meat flavor is a synthesized haem (related to hemoglobin) molecule. Better eating through chemistry.
