Mahomes needs to treat that spot like we're down 4 and go for broke imo. If our offense doesn't run out the clock, our defense has proven it will never get a stop in that spot vs. a top 10 QB. And maybe 1/2 the time at best vs. a crappy QB.

Yeah. I really wanted a play action on first down and see if we could make some hay. **** running the clock out. If we score, even if it is quick, they still have to score TWICE. Worst possible scenario is we don’t score.

You take a score whenever you can get one. Because even though scoring is up, it’s still hard to do.

I might bitch and cry, whine and moan etc (mostly regarding the defense especially this year), but I never once doubted Patrick and his abilities. I KNEW when he was drafted a page had been turned. I just hope they get their shit together regarding the defense.

I had a feeling he was going to be good, but Patrick has exceeded my expectations, and I am sure a lot of you feel the same way.
