Most likely, she didn’t report it for fear of losing her job.

Since Weinstein, the climate has shifted dramatically.

She filed a suit in early October that claimed she was unjustly fired. She went to the network brass and told them about the harassment and according to her and her lawyers, they made up a bogus story about her stealing clothes in order to dismiss her.

After the Weinstein deal blew up, which has now grown to scores of famous people involve in sexual harassment, her lawyers re-filed the case. Apparently, the NFL Network could no longer “sweep her under the rug”.

In addition to have digital information, she also claims that other employees will corroborate her claims.

Those guys are ****ed.

I just don't know how many times this has to be answered. Victims of sexual assault and abuse often don't report out of shame or fear of reprisal. Sometimes it takes many years to feel comfortable enough to come forward. Add in that men in positions of real power are finally being held accountable, it's pretty obvious why a woman would have held back for years only to step forward now.

That sparks a thought, I know it's a totally different situation but when I was younger and single if my one of my buddies told us some girl wasn't DTF we steered clear for the most part.

Jeffrey Tambor vehemently denies the allegations against him, but that didnt stop him from being yanked off a show he was in

In cases where the perp has apologized, or there is damning evidence like texts etc... then absolutely consider them guilty
