To be honest with you, Damien Wilson is far more suited to play that role Ragland was playing and be better and more versatile at it, what we need is a true will that flies sideline to sideline and never comes off the field.

This really helps with the draft. We still need a CB high but at least we aren't locked into the 1st round.

It looks like our one major hole heading into the draft is at LB where we technically don’t have a starter to replace Ragland at this point.

Gotta love a draft when teams really have no idea what you want to do because you can go BPA all day long.

I was thinking the same thing. A lot has to happen next year. Hopefully the new tv deals start rolling in bumping the cap. But I can't help but think the pressure will increase next year on those capologists!

They kept putting Ragland back in there because of Wilson's run defense. They need someone that can play both the pass and run.

Because of so many 1 year deals the Chiefs are going to have some serious cap room after this year so there is flexibility.

I'm pretty much solid in that I think we should draft Willie Gay or Patrick Queen.

Patrick Queen is projected to go #28 to the Ravens. Can Veach swing his big brass balls and somehow get him?

Which is why I'll say Willie Gay, Gay is actually a better run defender, but Queen is one of the best cover LB's I've seen in college so.
