Tyler Palko doing well these days

http://www.nesn.com/2012/09/tyler-pa...or-chiefs.html

Quote:
Tyler Palko was never expected to fill Matt Cassell's shoes in the Kansas City Chiefs offense, but he also wasn't expected to be selling them. Just a few months after starting six games at quarterback for the Chiefs, Palko has apparently found himself in the middle of South Dakota selling shoes.

According to Palko's Wikipedia profile page, the 29-year-old backup quarterback is "a former American football quarterback who is currently employed at Payless Shoes in Aberdeen, South Dakota." There has been no confirmation made of the claim, but looking at Palko's numbers from his six starts in 2011 it might be a good career move.

Palko, who has bounced between six different teams, including two CFL franchises, during his five year professional career, completed just 59 percent of his passes while throwing just two touchdowns to seven interceptions during his run as the Chiefs starter.

The profile update may merely be a cruel joke, but taking a second look at his stats Palko should at least be looking for a new profession because, it seems things just aren't working out at quarterback.

His dad and employer should match the punishment. Oh, the outrage.

I guess the best thing about Palko driving drunk is that you know he couldn't hit anything.

We drove all the way to Lambeau to see Haley play Palko the entire preseason game against the Packers. I was pretty pissed, Haley was trying to get fired at that time I believe. I would have done it on the spot.

But, best case scenario, you thought it would be Matt Cassel...

I'd have to see his position title.

Payless Shoes has a revenue of $3 billion and technically the their COs are selling shoes.

Palko was the low point for the pre-Mahomes QB era.

Worse than Casshole, Broken Croyle and Brady Quinn.

He's in the middle of South Dakota, though. We're talking no running water, no electricity. Shoes probably made of squirrel hide.
