No. You don't force it into the teeth of the defense.

The chiefs offense is more juggernaut than any defense when functioning properly. They don’t need to take what the defense gives, they need to make defenses play to them

I agree, but the time for that is after the bye when we have Schwartz and Watkins back.

We can win these next 2 like we’ve won the last 2.

They haven't been able to that yet this year. Even against the Ravens, they played to the Ravens' blitz-heavy scheme.

2 or 3 quarters every game, more like. That ties in with the playcalling. They either start off with a really good script in the first quarter and then go to shit the rest of the game, or start off like shit and then have a really good second quarter...and then go to shit the rest of the game. Eerily similar to last year.

They also have their sequences where they try to force the ball up the center's ass on first and second down, and have to hope Mahomes does something Mahomes to save them on 3rd down.

That's just the game.

When the team is rolling except offense, you save your schemes for when the game really matters.

How do you think this team prison rapes the Baltimores of the league?

It’s fine to win when you don’t play your best

But the chiefs need to get back to their best on offense

They just aren’t clicking for whatever reason

I’m thinking the offensive line shuffling has had some effects

Lots of injuries and other issues.

They've got plenty of time to get there.

Don't forget the offense was AWFUL about this time last year. The team was 6-4 and tied for 1st with the Raiders in week 10.

For sure

It’s been good so far but it could be great pretty easily I’d think and hope going forward

I heard Terez Paylor’s podcast he talked about what defenses are giving KC right now. And he thinks at some game in late NOV early DEC KC will hang 50 on em and the league will realize what they’re doing now no longer works vs Mahomes.

It would be awesome if that game is the Buccaneers game.
