Veach's '21 Offseason Plan to Keep Us Thriving: Let's speculate

In order to prevent us wasting precious years of Patrick Mahomes' career, Veach needs to work some magic this offseason. What's your advice for him?

Yep. Said this in another thread but; Reiff and Hudson would be my OL moves now. Then get a WR and really see if Ertz is available for the right price and then focus on DE/Edge in the first round, go BPA thereafter. Grab a G/C in the 4th. Book a three peat ticket to the SB again

What is with this Dillard fascination? He was pretty bad as a rookie and wasn't all that much better in camp the next offseason before tearing his biceps.

1. He was the best pass blocking LT in final season of college.
2. He’s still cheap.
3. The Eagles are a dumpster fire.

So which direction does everyone want us to go next? Now that we won't be paying 20+ million for a tackle, how do we allocate all of this newly acquired cap? Stay focused on the OL? Edge? WR? Is there one position you would want to splurge on, or would you prefer to look for value at multiple positions? Any specific names you are excited about?

I don't see paying Hudson a mint now at 32 when we didn't want to pay him at 26.

Anyone posted the speculation about Laremy Tunsil being available?

That’d be fantastic. Contract is in place and would cost less than $19m per each year on the cap. Could flip pick 31 and maybe a little more.

I spent a couple of minutes looking up Dillard's pre-draft analysis.

The more I think about it, I kind of like the idea of trading for him as long as it's not too dear.

I think he seems like a good Reid-fit. Intelligent, high character kid, still on a rookie deal, and playing next to Thuney would help him out.

Kenney Golladay would be the absolute perfect fit at the X if we need to blow through some cash. If you don't have an offensive line to protect Mahomes it doesn't freaking matter though. We learned that in the SB. Figure out left tackle and center before anything else.

Right now it’s just speculation. Nothing even remotely concrete has been posted with knowledge.

But I brought it up before o.city.

Makes sense though given their total rebuild. I’d certainly call.

Problem is, that isn’t a move you make unless you are indeed trading Watson.
