You can bet on any game as soon as I post the lines up until the scheduled kickoff time. For example, I will accept a bet for a noon game at 12:00 PM, but not 12:01. I usually post the Sunday/Monday lines on Friday or Saturday.

You can post them however you want, but if you are making several within minutes of each other, I'd prefer that you put them all in one post. It just makes it a little easier on me.
