D. Williams did a good job today making Cleveland have to respect the run. Solid game for him so I made a thread just for him. I think he had 6 yard a carry average.

Darrel has been impressive down the stretch and in the playoffs. Definitely has looked not only faster, but more agile and explosive. If this is the level he's going to be playing at going forward, I'd absolutely like to see him in KC colors next season. That is all.

There were similar stories around the draft. That's three LSU backs for us over the past 5 years or so. It was another reason people were talking about Fournette possibly coming to KC as well.

Today is a perfect example of how Darrel Williams ISN'T a short yardage back. People seem to think he is but his history more closely resembles today. He just isn't the guy for those short yardage situations.

I like him in short yardage situations, but he's a 3rd string RB on any decent squad (which we were up until this year).

We shouldn't be relying on a guy with his talent, or lack thereof, as much as we are.
