Not really - Oakland was keying on the run/short passing game and dared us to beat them deep. Mahomes obliged.

While it won't be easy against the BAL line, I see Shady and Thompson having better luck in the run game - more lanes will be open, as I predict Baltimore will play less man coverage than Oakland and go with more 3 deep and soft zones to negate the big play potential of Mahomes, much like they did last year.

WAY more worried about our defense vs their offense.

This is going to be a tough game. Hopefully Mahomes does not take a ton of big hits. Ravens defense is extremely physical.

Not really any more worried about Baltimore than anybody else we play. Their defense looks like another potential victim, and I'm not sold that they're any better than the Lions on offense at this point.

Reality is that we're going to get everybody's best shot every week.

Yeah, we saw it. And in the long history of the NFL, that style of offense gas never worked for long. It works for a while. People get excited, then defenses get some tape on it and shut it down.
