Jesus, Dude, you need to chill the **** out.
This is, by far, THE best Chiefs team since you began posting on the 'Planet, yet you're Mr. ****ing Negative Dickwad in every thread. Lighten up and enjoy what could be a badass ride. |

Best team my ass. They won't come close to 03. If they get EXTREMELY lucky they may be close to the 05 team. (I've been here since '02, BTW)

And the 2003 team was a mirage and not a complete team. Duh. |

In the AFC championship? Because I'm pretty certain that the 49ers passing O was in the 20's with a weaker offense and a stronger defense. You could argue they offset. This team has enough talent to make it to the AFC championship game. Maturity, coaching, and QB play will determine whether they get there or not. Personally, I feel that they have the first two aspects covered.

I feel sad for some of you. We're not even gonna win the AFC West. HTF are we supposed to get to the AFCC? Win two road playoff games with Mork Castille?

I'm not saying we'll win the AFCW. Listen, nobody expected Alex Smith to nut up and be clutch against the Saints and nobody expected Flacco to play like a real QB against the Patriots. This team is very similar in design to those two, especially when it comes down to QB play and previous years. To think that this isn't a talented roster after what we saw last year is absolutely asinine .

Personally, I have to agree with both. No chance Cassel becomes Trent Green 2.0 IMO. However, this team doesn't need Trent to be 10-6 or better this year. This is as complete as a roster as I have seen in a few years. Clay is just staying pessimistic because of his bet. I guarantee that if this team performs well in the playoffs or manages to win there, Clay will be going nuts.
