Will be interesting to see how this game will be viewed down the road, Pats have a tough looking schedule playing the rest of the NFC north Chiefs are banged up but the schedule sets up for a possible streak before they play the rams.

You're right our immediate schedule looks favorable at least 3 out of our next four games are at home before we go to Meyhico City to take on the Rams. That first 6 games were brutal schedule like some evil mind was behind it. |

We had nothing out there on defense. Watched the game with a friend and was embarrassed when they rattled off our defensive starters and the most notable guy on the list was Dee Ford!?!? Hitchens and Ragland are the same guy, neither does anything particularly well accept look the part of a stereotypical ILB. Our entire secondary is subpar. Our Dline, whether is be scheme or not, is just a group of place holders out there. Not one difference maker among them.
We need to go 100% defense again next draft, but man, we absolutely wasted last year's draft on a heaping pile of mediocracy. If we can do it, pull the trigger on a trade or two. If we need to, move on from our expensive defensive stars that do not perform. Bringing in healthy, proven, players might be the ticket for us. |

Especially when you can ostensibly call holding on every play...and make no mistake, their Oline held our Dline early and often...yet not one single call.

Oh, spot on, as usual, G-money. Hope you and Mrs. blowfish are well.
No shame in losing by 3 to NE in Foxboro when the refs are in the bag. We just gotta get the 1 seed to make them come to Arrowhead in January.

On that one TD pass to Hill, NE tackled Hunt as he was going for the ball. Official was staring right at the players...no call. |

I too am not that mad about this loss. Mahomes showed that he's human, who knew? But in spite of all that shitty-ness in the first half, he outplayed Brady in the second half. Scoring too quickly at the end was a killer, but who can blame him for throwing that beautiful pass? That's what he's supposed to do!
Defense. Just...whatever. It's going to be a very trying post season if we think we're going anywhere with this group. But at the same time, this defense will not see many challenges like last night this season. On the road, beat up, playing the Pats on 10 days rest. We know the defense is bad, but I submit that this must mean the Pats defense is equally shitty...else Mahomes doesn't come back from 15 down to take the lead in their house. This was a learning experience for Pat and I'm glad we got the loss out of the way. I'll be there for the Donkey slap fest, and I can't wait to see the Chiefs at home. Shit, it feels like we've not had a home game all season... And as always, George is the man!

It seemed to get shrugged off but one of Gronks big catches in the 4th their Tackle basically drove the man covering Gronk 5 yards down field that is surely illegal in at least 2 ways: ineligible downfield and OPI.
