Keep in mind that you're a novice lifter for a longer period of time than you think you are. Novice lifting can last anywhere from a few months to a year or two, depending on how hard you hit the weights and where you started.

Once you've reached the point where you don't make regular progress on the SS program, you are ready to move on to the intermediate stage, which can last you for a good number of years. Find it HERE:

If you're a very advanced lifter (many, many years of CONSISTENT weight training), then there are lot of programs out there, and which one you pick is simply a matter of preference. If you're really that advanced, you should know what works for you and what doesn't by this point.

Also, even if there WERE aspartame in there, so what? The most conservative acceptable daily intake for aspartame is 40 mg/kg of body weight. A can of diet coke has 110mg of aspartame. Which means you'd need to drink *30* cans of diet soda PER DAY just to come up to the MOST CONSERVATIVE acceptable daily limit. That's a shitload. No one drinks that much every day.

I'll say I like the jello sugar free options -

Ha ha - I went off on a huge splurge on Saturday - then I only ate about two cups of great northern beans the next day - to sort of make up for it - it was hilarious - I had - A philly cheesesteak w/ mayo, steak fries, 10 x crispy hot wings w/ blue cheese - two pepsi's - a brownie and 3 krispy kreme - I ate it all - I bullshit you not.
