Jeff Allen did the right thing by giving the man tickets as a thank you. KSHB turning it into a Human Interest Story was over the top.

If I were homeless, I would be making dollars out of those tickets instead of hoping that a gofundme secures me a place to live for the winter.

Once again, Accolades for Jeff Allen but IMHO Dave with no last name was probably out on the roads pulling out stuck people for $$$$

After seeing Dave, I can't wait to see what Ms.with no name (refered to as "Ol' Lady") looks like.

It looks like there is a good possibility "Dave" won't be at the game... He wasn't a free man a week ago.

It appears Dave has been given many second chances. Fox$ News stated he has 22 arrest records in Independence alone. I saw several SIS judgements in exchange for probation. This certainly would includes drug testing someone who has a drug history. Dave was very vague when explaining why he was in jail a week ago.

"I just went to jail about a week ago because of my record, my background," he said.

Police tell FOX4 News that Cochran stole another car the day before he helped that Chiefs player in the snow. He claims that was a case of mistaken identity.

This might explain why he was "Dave with no last name" when 41 News did a story on him.

David Cochran is an admitted drug addict who has had plenty of run-ins with the law, and since his unlikely vault into the limelight, his reputation has become a hot topic within police circles.

On Monday a local business reached out to help Cochran, and his string of arrests came into focus, including a run-in with police last Friday.

Looks like felony theft, possible auto theft, and drug charges among other things.

I hope the Chiefs players wives and children like the idea of sitting next to Dave.

"He's being praised on TV as a good Samaritan and that couldn't be further from the truth," Ashley Wheeler said.

"He was in the right place at the right time to help someone out, but all the bad he's done in the past shouldn't be covered up with the one good deed that he has been accounted for this week," Wheeler said.

Cochran says the urges to steal come from his addiction -- even though he claims he's been off drugs for the past three months.

I can't wait to see where this goes in the next few days. I think it's going to get interesting.

I would say that this guy stopped because Jeff Allen was driving a 2019 BMW with Texas tags and looked like a mark at first glance.

The "Dave with no name" turned out to be just what I said he was but you threw insults at me for voicing what I believed and later turned out to be the truth.

I am waiting for him to be in custody come game time. The odds are better of that happening than KC going to Atlanta. I an cheering for a victory for the Chiefs, Dave, I hope the bond is set really high.
