Uh he's not even out of the woods yet and you think he's dumb to sign that deal?

He should absolutely take it and then not date anyone for three years. Nothing but pornhub.

To be clear there's still a chance that he is the one who bruised his kid. It seems unlikely but assuming that is over is not very smart.

I thought he'd get franchised. If this rumor is true they should be walking around with a pen in their hand 24/7 waiting for that deal to be offered.

I didn't say anything different. I said that if the deal has clauses, it will need to be close to what he would have got even without this whole case. If they try to give him a discounted deal and still have clauses, then he should tell them to **** off.

If you think 3 years 48 million WITH out clauses is a good deal then I have ocean front property in Kansas to sell you.

He has NO reason to sign a deal like that. Especially when worst case scenario (assuming he stays clean legally) he makes 35 million if he's franchised twice or 65+ if he got tagged a 3rd time.

Bottom line....it would be stupid as **** to take that deal.

They're going to wait until Goodell makes his decision obviously.

And it's not playing hardball to say that it's stupid to take both a discount and still have those clauses in the contract. Especially when the only other thing the team can do is give you $35mil for 2 years or let you go be a free agent.
