What is your stance on aliens?

I am curious to see where everyone stands on this. Asking about a stance on UFOs could be a different topic with different options so feel to give your thoughts on that as well.

I bet Bruce Jenner wouldn't mind an anal probe. No tour of the ship needed.

I've seen a literal ship, twice.

The last one was below treetop level and close enough that I could have quite easily hit it with a rock.

Did I miss this story somewhere? I would very much like to hear the details.

And I hope you didn't actually throw a rock at an alien spaceship. That wouldn't exactly impress them with our technological prowess.

I'll keep it short and sweet... I was at a park on the edge of Riverton Illinois one night about 6:30 on my third beer, the Sangamon river runs through it.

I notice a light tracing huge arcs and loops across the sky, almost from one horizon to the other, impossible distances in split seconds, it was changing colors as it went... blue, purple, green... it disappeared for a few minutes.

I walked the 50 or so feet down to the river bank, standing there facing north sipping my beer and marveling at what I'd just seen... I suddenly got a strange urge to turn around to the south.

Coming down along the river, maybe ten foot above it and tracing its meandering path, well below treetop level was what I would describe as a black, semi-flattened egg with the back third being straight, vertical and not rounded like the rest of it... on this flat rear surface were two huge round lights, one red and one white.

As it went past me I got a perfect look at its structure, could make out its shape and color perfectly, it was matte black and about as long and wide as three of the biggest suv's (Suburban, etc) out there put side by side, maybe just a bit longer.

The craziest part was the complete and utter silence, it made no more noise going past me than would a balloon drifting by on a gentle breeze at maybe 10mph... no noise whatsoever, nothing at all, all I could really hear was the pounding in my chest.

I watched it continue its map of the earth path until it disappeared around a bend maybe an eighth of a mile away.

We don't even know if they have sexes. Maybe they're all one and it doesn't matter.

Had I not found out days later about the truth, I would still to this day believe I saw something alien. Eyewitness accounts are terribly unreliable. Even your own.....
If the government isn't making aircraft to look like "ufo's" they're incredibly stupid.

Just think about what people do when they think they see a UFO. The greatest percentage of people run inside and grab a camera or video recording device. They try and get it on film.

Or they keep their mouth shut and don't say a word.

Either response would be greatly appreciated by anyone piloting a military aircraft in hostile territory...
