Asimov's Foundation to become TV Series.

It looks like HBO is teaming up with Interstellar writer and Person Of Interest showrunner Jonathan Nolan to adapt the highly revered and beloved Foundation books into a TV series.

It's REALLY hard to imagine how they are going to do this...

If it were me, I'd ease people into it by going with the Prelude and Forward books that cover the life of Hari Seldon. Much more accessible content.

Not sure how people will react to a series with no lasting main characters.

For those who don't know, the novels take place over hundreds of years.
