Google manipulated from 2.6 million to 16 million votes for Hillary Clinton in 2016

Moscow Mitch has blocked all election security bills and has offered zero of his own. Moscow Mitch doesn't care about America's election security.

I guess it's easy for some people to forget Obama told the head of cyber attack countermeasures they were to stand down on Russia during the election.

But yea that was Mitch's fault.

Right. And the executive branch hasn't been doing anything in the past 2+ years. Election security all depended on that one democrat-friendly piece of legislation. What a bunch of dopes.

Yes, aggressive cyber counter attacks were told to stand down, including personally going after Putin himself by leaking classified intelligence. Because Obama's administration wanted to focus protecting our election and ensuring a peaceful transition, not tit for tat cyber warfare we were at the same time telling Russia to knock off.

And what happened on that front? Oh, yeah, Obama wanted a bi-partisan joint condemnation against Russia and Moscow Mitch told him no and refused to address it during the election.

Moscow Mitch has blocked more than one election security bill. Its almost like your don't know what your talking about.

Also, thanks for telling everyone that election security would help the democratic party. Wonder why that would be? How could placing preventive measures in place against Russian meddling help Democrats?

What are you talking about? I didn't do that. I don't think it's true. I think the Russians are just as likely to want democrats to win in 2020 as they are Republicans and I think China, Germany, Iran, and much of the rest of the world will definitely prefer the democrats. You can't see the world outside your own preconceptions.

Let's move past this. Obama failed us and that's the end of that story. Now that Obama is out of the picture and can do no more harm, it's time to look forward and continue to improve our election security.

Yes you did. You said " democrat-friendly piece of legislation", AKA it would help democrats.

Its okay. Moscow Mitch said the quiet part out loud when blocking election security bills by saying it would help democrats too.

Also, the Mueller report conclude Russia interfered to help Trump, not Clinton. Please try to get your facts straight. I shouldn't have to hold your hand everyday.

Talk to Moscow Mitch. Him and republicans are refusing. Just like they refused to cooperate with Obama to take bi-partisan protective steps in 2016.

Meh, Obama had authority to take the steps to protect the election without anyone else. There was no reason to make a public statement and no showing that a bipartisan public statement would have done anything but be used against Trump. The big problem is that Obama was too busy campaigning for Hillary to have any credibility for a public statement to be believed and that is not Mitch's fault.

Obama should have used diplomatic means that were not a public statement and told Russia to stand down. Instead he told our agents to stand down.
