One look at CaseNet and there is a local David Cochran born 31 years ago and it tells an interesting story of heinous crimes. Judges letting the twerp get off on probation and SIS (Suspended Imposition of Sentence) judgments or he would be in jail right now. He did spend 5 years hard time and several stints where he was unable to post bond or from probation violations.

Felony tampering of a vehicle. Multiple charges

Unconfirmed but probably "Dave". Paternity matter (fathered child( F) records sealed) along with multiple failure to pay child support judgments which could throw in in the clink at any time.

Fox 4 stated that local police know "Dave" very well and are not happy about his new found popularity. FOX4 seems to have decided not to pursue Dave's past or even recent past but did mention he was arrested last week and "Dave" confirmed he was in jail at that time.

If there is "meat" to be found in what FOX4 reported, my bet would be that the POPO find a reason why Dave won't make the game...
