Star Wars: Rebels
And here's our replacement for Clone Wars. Coming to Disney XD in fall 2014. Bridges the gap between Eps 3 and 4. Looks...very cool. Conceptually.

The series has three executive producers: Dave Filoni, the point man on The Clone Wars animated series that launched in 2008; screenwriter and producer Simon Kinberg, who has a flair for tonal rewiring and energizing familiar brands with new edge (e.g.: X-Men: First Class, Sherlock Holmes); and Greg Weisman, whose credits include well-regarded work on Young Justice and The Spectacular Spider-Man.

No, there are resources available, but I'll agree with what I think you're meaning to say. It's not enough quality resources available.

It would make things more and more complicated for keeping continuity and maintaining quality

Makes sense. I just hope it's a complete story. Throwing a cliffhanger out there would be pretty cruel. If they are starting off a multi-episode story line, I'll wait until the fall to watch it.

Oh, for this one hour special? I would imagine it'll have a cliff hanger but who knows? That said, I'm stoked to see it either way. Today's 59 second trailer was awesome.

And Vader will be a significant part of this season so it should be awesome to see the interaction between him, Asohka and Rex.

I still like the Clone Wars animation over Rebels, at least for the character perspectives. Rebels space battle animation is pretty awesome.

To me, the Rebels Season 2 previews look to be every bit as good visually as The Clone Wars but I agree, Season 1 was certainly a few ticks behind.

We only have about 10 episodes left of the Clone Wars and I really enjoyed more than 90% of the episodes. Several in Season 5 seemed rather worthless to the overall tale but it's definitely an "A" in my book.

That said, Rebels Season 2 looks to top it, which makes sense because TCW essentially set up Rebels, especially with Rex, Wolff and Asohka.
