The NFL 100 list is silly. It’s just something for offseason programming. When I was playing and got asked to do, I’d put Mitch’s name first. Then my teammates. And then my favorite lineman. Not sure how many guys take it seriously. https://t.co/iXORddMIgF

Kind of crazy the difference between how teams value tackles and these rankings.

I have a theory that there's an inherent problem in their voting system. Players are going to identify guys that they go up against. DBs will disproportionately identify WRs and QBs, QBs will identify pass rushers and CBs, etc. I think some positions like the Oline and interior defensive positions will get fewer votes just because they interact with fewer opponents play after play.
