Gaither didn't really get a fair chance.
Nobody will ever admit to it, but he was cut for committing a false start. That's sorta B.S. When a player is coming into an intense close game as an injury replacement, they aren't exactly in the same mindset of everyone else. He was probably jumpy. He proved in SD what he can do. One of his best games was against the pass rush of the Ravens. I'm glad we locked him up. He's still young, only 25. I just hope he doesn't start to suck now that he got paid. |
