O.K. Arrogant Genius. GO CHIEFS! Any business? The fans investing in a SSL to finance the building of a stadium with the Rams and Chargers owners intending to pay the SSL buyer back that fee with no guarantee in 2068 with zero percent interest isn't common. Thus making it NOT how any business works. It's never been done before. Got it arrogant genius? Read the fine print.

"Deals" such as these will continue to have me where the NFL advertisers want me, in front of my HD television but even that choice is getting costly with Sunday Ticket pricing reportedly going upward of late. I don't think it'll be long before everyone is paying a price of some amount to view a NFL game on TV. Greedy bastards, but that's sales/marketing for what the public is willing to pay.

The good news is, SSLs or PSLs, you can still get into a Chiefs game for ~$50. You can spend more, but you can get into most games for 50-60 bucks.

$75,000 sounds more like the total gate receipts from a Chargers game at that tool shed they can't sell out.

Similar club seats at Arrowhead are $305 each, and people are bitching about LA prices?

Oh, I'm definitely there for a Chiefs/Raiders game. Hell, we've had a dozen or so CP members get together in Vegas for a game on TV. We can have a hell of a party there.

Do club level seats at Arrowhead come with a $250K 0 interest loan?

PSA's were started by government sports finance agencies, Jone's started it on a private stadium, Stan Kroenke is just following along.

Did you see what the CHARGERS said about these SSL's? "We had the fans in mind". They can't even sell out the StubHub Center, except for the Raiders game. Can't see too many "fans" giving the CHARGERS $75,000.00 just to purchase a $350.00 ticket that they can raise the price of over the next 50 years. And if you don't pay the the season ticket price you lose your $75,000.00 SSL fee. If you sign up for this, they got you, for the next 50 years and maybe beyond! If you finance your $75,000.00 SSL over 50 years it will cost the buyer well over $100,000.00! You really have to be a super fan to buy into this. I find it to be totally insane.

Fans of the COWBOYS and current PSL season ticket holders have a place/site to try to sell their PSL's to get out of their contracts. Its called Dallas Cowboys seat options. You should check it out and see how many are trying to sell and what they are asking. This is just for the right to buy a the ticket/s for the entire season. I love the way the rich live.

Los Angeles Stadium at Hollywood Park Stadium Seat Licenses pricing
Over budget
https://bleacherreport.com/articles/...new-la-stadium NFL owners reportedly want to offset the rising costs of SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, which has seen its cost balloon to an estimated $5 billion, by asking the players to offset some of those costs in collective bargaining agreement talks. Dan Patrick said on his eponymous radio show Wednesday: "The league is proposing that maybe they give players 49 percent of the revenue, but they want to use the extra money they get—the percentage [point] is about $150 million I was told—they want the players to then help finance the Los Angeles stadium. We'll give you 49 percent of the revenue, but we want to use 2 percent of that revenue—so $300 million over the next couple years—to help the stadium."
