New for 2019:

▪ Peace, Love & Waffles (section 109). Waffle sandwiches served with waffle fries, including the Waffle Burger and the BBQ Brisket Waffle Sandwich with provolone, bacon jalapeno jam and sweet potato crisp. $16

▪ Cow Town Burgers (sections 109, 127, 135). Includes a Beyond burger with red onions. $11.75

And that’s also where you can pick up the State Line BBQ Stack, with smoked brisket, pulled pork, roasted turkey, barbecue sauce, barbecue beans, and celery seed slaw on a cheesy corn bun topped with bites of sausage, jalapeno, red pepper slice and burnt end (section 135). $18

▪ Aladdin Cafe (section 134): Greek menu including Shawermah chicken and a falafel wraps. $11

▪ Bacon Jalapeno Mac and Cheese, $11. In Mac Shack locations (sections 104, 117, 301, 325).

▪ Cauliflower Wings (deep fried cauliflower with hot sauce served on seasoned curly fries), $12. In The Coop locations (sections 112, 126, 303, 326).

▪ Barbecue brisket kolaches and cheeseburger-stuffed kolaches served with fries, $14. In the Zoom Stand (section 111).

▪ Impossible Tacos, $14.50. At Eat, Drink, Taco (sections 103, 301).

OTHER ARROWHEAD UPDATES:

Smoke Brewing Co. and Plowboys Barbeque have expanded to upper concourse sections 316 and 339.

Arrowhead also will speed food and drink service with the new Walk Thru Bru, a self-service grab-and-go beer market (section 106), as well as new self-checkout scanners and self-ordering kiosks (sections 109, 111, 112).

Diablo Chicken Sandwich



What is it: “This is one that came from the playoffs last year and was a fan favorite. It has some serious heat with the Reaper sauce. It’s fried chicken tenders with some pepper jack cheese, fresh jalapenos and this Reaper sauce that has some serious bite.”

Tennessee Hot Chicken Mac and Cheese



What is it: “It’s popcorn chicken tossed in a Tennessee hot sauce with some braised onions on top of our classic mac and cheese.”

▪ Chickie’s & Pete’s. (Now in sections 108, 124 and 303). Features its famous crab fries and cheesesteaks.

Other new items will include Tennessee Hot Mac & Cheese (Tennessee hot chicken, hot sauce and simmered onions) for $11 in the Mac Shack locations.

Flank Steak Taco



What is it: “This is seasoned flank steak with lime and pico de gallo. It also has Takis in it, which is a fun little twist and adds some crunch and a little modern update to the taco.”

▪ Eat, Drink, Taco (Section 103): Three different tacos — Hatch chile chicken taco (griddled corn cake, elote crema, Hatch chile-braised chicken, roasted corn pico, and Cotija); Pasole pork taco (cubed pork and stewed hominy, cilantro lime cabbage, avocado crema and pico de gallo); Flank taco (soft shell with Takis Fuego seasoned flank steak, chile lime crema and pico). $10 for three.

The Eat, Drink, Taco stands also will have quesadillas for $10, and chips and queso for $8.

What is it: “This is featured at our barbeque stand. It’s in-house smoked biscuit, smoked pulled pork and some crispy onion strips served on a fresh brioche bun.”

Sweet Corn Nachos



What is it: “This is a great vegetarian item. It’s house-made tortilla chips with a bit of queso fresco, sweet grilled corn and finished with a little chili lime salt and fresh limes.”

Pork Tenderloin Sandwich



What is it: “It’s an in-house breaded and pounded out pork tenderloin, fried to order and served on a brioche bun.”

Kingdom Cake



What is it: “It’s a sweet monkey bread served in a pizza box. As you can see, it’s very large and definitely enough to share. It’s [my favorite]. I think it’s just a great item and it has that ‘wow’ factor that we like. It’s a great item.”

▪ Chickie’s & Pete’s. (Now in sections 108, 124 and 303). Features its famous crab fries and cheesesteaks.

▪ Beer Cycle, a bicycle-powered beer cart will be parked outside in the Ford Tailgate district in Lot M and will make its way inside before game time. It has two taps for Kingdom Blonde Ale and Bud Light. Aramark is introducing the Beer Cycle at all nine of its stadiums this season.

▪ Premium Club Level and Suites: New menu items will include pork tenderloin sandwiches; the Cow & Pig (with smoked brisket and pulled pork, chipotle barbecue aioli, barbecue sauce and fried onion strings on a salt and pepper brioche bun); Kingdom Cake (a brown sugar caramel monkey bread topped with a glaze sauce); Cajun hot links; Street Corn Nachos with house-made tortilla chips; garlic Caesar toast; smoked loaded potato; and maple bacon burgers.
