Which is the best streaming site

I am a cave man. I just signed up to netflix a year ago.

I don't want this to go to DC but I don't appreciate some of the programing on Netflix.

So, what is the alternative: Hulu (no clue), Amazon (whatever)?

Thoughts.

I just wanna watch some movies with no PC crud.

Netflix is the best, then Hulu, then Amazon. The best part about Amazon is that it has all the old HBO shows and it's built into your Amazon Prime account.

Which shows on Netflix do you not appreciate?

I'm sure you can take an educated guess.

To answer your question Holladay, i use all 3, and i feel like you need all to have an all encompassing library. Amazon, Netflix and Hulu. Between those 3 you have most bases covered.

I also have HBO Now as well. A good free app that doesn't get any attention is Crackle. I don't use it often (mostly because it's a slow load on my FireTV Stick) but it's improved a lot, has some neat features and a robust library.

You can also get Netflix to filter programming that you prefer at the top of your lists and reccomendations by simply making suggestions, and well, using Netflix. It'll make recomendations based on your viewing history.

If someone in your home is also using your Netflix account, then make them a separate profile and demand that they use their own profile, that way your profile won't start recommending Soap Operas because you wife has been watching them.

Sorry, i can't help but to add my commentary here: But Netflix is no different than Cable television: If you don't like something, don't watch it. There's plenty of content there that's suited to your tastes. Netflix isn't forcing you to watch "liberal" content, and the more it gets to know you, the more it'll put content you like in the forefront.

First answer is correct. Netflix is, by far, the best. Hulu is good and Amazon has the old HBO catalog. Simply get Netflix and don't watch the shows you don't want to watch; it's literally what people do.

I don't know if you realize this, but one of the cool things you can do with Netflix is choose what you would like to watch.

Not true. Last time I turned on Netflix, a big red librul blob morphed out of the TV and held me down with my eyes wide open.

It would only play Queer Eye and Michael Moore documentaries. Just wait until it happens to you! You won't appreciate what Netflix has become either!

At least you didn't assume that blob's gender or you would have really been in trouble.

I tried the free one month trial. Nearly everything requires a fee per episode. Netflix doesn't do that. Netflix has the more expensive monthly package which has newer movies available. But Amazon is monthly fee plus pay nearly all the time for a lot of content.

I think you're looking at that a little backward. Amazon has tons of free content that is at least in the ballpark of, if not on par with, Netflix. However, Amazon ALSO allows you to purchase just about ANYTHING, which Netflix doesn't do.

That said, I agree that Amazon's interface makes it tougher to tell which is free and which is not. Once you find the filters to do it, it's pretty easy, but it's not obvious for those who don't use it regularly.

Yeah man. Just go to account and your prime video. Easy money.

That being said, Netflix is way easier.

**** CRACKLE

they haven't added anything new in like five years. i just went back on the site. i even thought, hmm, maybe if i register they will show more choices.

funniest thing happened during my rego process. ya see i was born in 1974, but apparently they don't know math either.

personally i use netflix (which is getting way tough to slogg thru the liberal content) who is this bitch michelle wolf. i tried watching for about two minutes and thought this ****s vocal chords need cut.

try ch131 it's a bootleg site for current tv shows. but beware you need to know which streams aren't loaded with ads you cannot avoid. adblock plus helps.

am going to check out popcornflix myself as i hadn't heard about it till now. and **** popcornflix, its not available in australia
