Down to 212 which is 37 down from my November start date. I've hit a little bit of a wall, but need to be under 200 by the middle of June.

Made it down to 172lbs at the end of my 3 week juice fast. I'm never juice fasting for that long again. Two weeks semi annually is enough for me.
