I'm a graphic designer/artist and I'm pretty sure the guy who pays me is nailing my wife.

I get to compete with some guy in India who works for Fiverr and does logos for $5 a pop.

I've been self employed for 25+ years.

We do a lot of work aimed at helping individuals and communities thrives, so much of our work is for governments and nonprofits in topics like higher education, safety, healthy behaviors, arts and culture, outdoor recreation, personal finance, etc. But about 20 percent of our work is also classic private sector stuff for companies that are considering new products or markets.
