These safeties are putting up some great times. I think it’s a good bet that 2 of our first 3 picks are DL and S.

Jessie Bates (4.51 unofficial) or Justin Reid (4.44 unofficial) would both be great picks at 54

I think the main thing is you want a starter from that 2nd round pick right? Safety definitely seems like a position where you could draft a starter.

People comparing him to Poe are clueless. He can be an anchor in this league, but I don’t think he is as versatile or athletic as advertised.

Watching some guys now. The more I watched Nathan Shepherd, the more I like him.
Not a big fan of Josh Sweat’s tape. Just didn’t like his effort.
Lorenzo Carter would be a good option at edge. I like his effort, tackling and can even drop into coverage some.
