Yeah I was only looking at the finals.

Reggie Miller averaged 17 PPG on 41 percent shooting in the 97 playoffs against the Bulls.

With the series on the line in Game 6, though the Pacers won, Jordan held him to 2-13 from the floor with 8 points. And Jordan dropped 35.

In the previous series Miller averaged 24 PPG.

And then there was this: Penny Hardaway getting his ass shut down by Jordan during the best season of his life. He scored only one point when Jordan was guarding him.

No contest. MJ's defense was far beyond LeBron's.

It might be the former after this year, but as time goes on and they rack up more titles, I think they'll become known for the latter and the public will fully embrace them again.
Way to early to discuss this. It was just one game with 3-6 more to go

The similarities between the ASS11 and LBJ fan boys is quite remarkable. Lose and it is the supporting cast. Win and it is all because of their boo.

Russell was an outstanding defender. Ehlo was a good defender. Joe Dumas, majerle, and nate McMillan were elite defenders. Jordan faced some elite defenders in the playoffs. He is the clear GOAT. But lebron will end his career not far behind Jordan, in my opinion

Great post. Not a LBJ fan but Id put him right there in that Magic/Bird class. Definitely ahead of Kobe.
