They keep shooting themselves in the foot. Like what, 5 turnovers in 2 games? I would have let the Chargers score and still have roughly 5 minutes to get a better shot at victory. With the wind and the way they were playing all afternoon they needed more time at the end.

I thought we'd lose today, but I didn't think it'd be because of 4 turnovers.

I thought the defense was in total disarray and that'd be why.

Instead, we held the Chargers to 77 yards on the ground, and what...353 or so total yards? 5/9 stops or something? That should've been good enough to win.

Red zone defense is abhorrent.

There are a lot of new players, and some young ones at that, and that's the reason for a lot of the miscommunication. I'd rather take my lumps with kids like Baker, Hughes, Bolton, etc. than watch ****ing Sorensen stink up the joint.

Anyway. There were some positive signs although it's clearly not where we want to be. We take care of the football and we win this game by 14.

Do you consider that 'melting down'? At this point KC, is totally reliant on the other team failing to execute. 8 losses is a reality...do you see this team making the playoffs with 8 losses? I dont.
