The only things I can think of that don’t suck—

Nnadi and O’Daniel.

Jordan Lucas.

Scandrick (for the price we paid, and even then I wouldn’t call him good)

Andrew Wylie (and he was on last year’s practice squad, so I don’t even think he really counts).

I mean, I guess Xavier Williams was cheap. Umm... Chad Henne seems like a nice guy...

Yeah, that’s all I got. We started so strong with the Alex Smith trade and the shedding of expensive vet contracts.

Not with this defense, unless we can develop a running game. We are going to need to lean on that in games like the Rams game, where we need to run clock and finish the other team off, even if Pat isn't sharp. Without a running game, if our offense slows down or if we play a team that can score right along with us, it all comes apart. You need something you can lean on late in games and we all know the defense isn't it.

In the four games that Sammy Watkins has missed (or left early) this season, Patrick Mahomes has thrown for an average of 331 yards and 3.25 TD.

The Chiefs have averaged 34.25 points.

The sky is falling.

Yep. And at the worst possible time. But I totally expected this the second we signed him. So, not surprised one bit. Still sucks though.

The Chiefs might want to invest in a top flight foot doctor... Berry and now Watkins with foot injuries that have become long term issues.

Hoped for a superstar Qb and a top ranked offense. That seemed to have worked out.
