I love that Pats fans are dug in now on the idea that after September is all that matters. Now once we destroy them they can’t use the early season excuse.

I imagine the primary excuse will be similar to each team we have beaten so far. That being that if not for a missed pass or unlucky play they would have won. And they will point to the yards they gained indicating they should have won. They will see first hand that a third of their yards will come when the game is over though.

But should we actually need four quarters worth of trying, we will have no problem outscoring them over that time frame. All they have are check downs and floating wounded duck deep passes. The TD to Gordon was a joke and looked no better than all the terrible deep balls Brady through in Detroit when they scored a whopping 10 points.

Oh it's happening. Raper, Brady, brees and rivers are all getting long in the tooth. I'd say they'll all be retired within the next 2 years. It's time for the next generation to rise and shine
