Plus, Mathieu and Thornhill. We haven't seen Claiborne yet, but Breeland and Fuller aren't shitty. And we haven't seen the full scheme implemented I don't think. We've got 12 more games to go before we see the Patriots. I think a smart GM is always looking to improve his team, but I think the general panic is unwarranted. |

I tend to agree. But not for the reasons listed. The price will be too high for Ramsey. There is no way that we get him for just our first. Anything more is too much.

because people are dumb. the tackle he made was clean. tyreek just landed on his shoulder wrong. by their logic then Chris Jones is dirty because he hurt Foles.

The tackle was clean, Tyreek came up hurt. It's the shove afterwards that doesn't sit well with me. Punk move. It's what Ramsey does when he gets beat, and I've seen him pull that shit a few times when we've played him.

the shove had nothing to do with him getting hurt. players shove other players all the time after the play is over, get over it. he is he best CB out there and anyone who wouldn’t want him on the defense is dumb. all you guys want is someone cheap.

I know the shove didn't injure Tyreek. but the shove, and they running half-way across the field to hit Watkins, and the bullshit with his coach, and the getting suspended for his temper tantrum with the press, and the getting ejected for his fight with Green, and the fact that he's a ****ing asshole all give me pause. Call me crazy. Maybe we should just see if the Rams want to send us Peters back. Nah man. I'd rather not. |

Chiefs put out a message they are NOT interested after Ramsey asks for a trade. Stating the locker room is to good right now.
Did the Chiefs learn from the Peters trade? This is how you bring the asking price down for a pro bowl CB entering his prime. We all thought Peters would bring at least a first round but look what happened. This feels very similar to me. I think the Chiefs are trying to position themselves to be the Rams in this deal. If the Jags get to the point (may already be there) that they want him gone, they will have to settle for what they can get. Veach playing chess. |

good, it would be stupid to trade any high picks for a 1 year rental. We dont have the money to resign him and he is a ****ing nutcase that would just cause problems aka Peters

that being said, IF they did, I'd prefer it on a rental, where you try to flip him back for that first or second after the season. No way I want him here long term. I think he's an asshole; the kind of asshole that ****s up your team chemistry. Don't bother arguing with me on that point, just disagree and move on. |

Yeah, I don't really think it's the problem it's made to be. The Chiefs will be drafting 29-32 for the foreseeable future. You aren't getting blue chippers there. Hell, usually there are at most what, 20 first rounders in a draft?
So yeah, financially it will make things a little different but it's probably gonna be the norm for a while. |
