I know there are enough of us to participate in this thread, even when our seasons inevitably go to shit.

KSU vs Western Illinois today, tip-off at 3:00 pm.

One thing I noticed near the end of the game on Friday night - we had 5 true freshman on the court, and still played sound basketball. None of them were scrub walk-ons either. While I don't think we will make a serious run at anything this year, the foundation is being laid for a solid program in the future.

I'm not a big fan of the shot Jake just took, but McGruder made a nice play to grab the rebound & put it back in.

I really hope these guys start adjusting to the refs a bit more. That (among other things) is what killed us @ MU.

And LOL @ these random CU fans yelling. There was one earlier where the guy went "BOOO... BOOO... BOOO! THIS IS AWFUL!" in a really high-pitched voice. Was pretty hilarious.

Got pissed because the refs didn't call an over the back on a CU player. CU got the rebound over McGruder, a Cat stole it and as Denis was streaking down the court, they blew the whistle and called the foul on Frank.

The announcer thought Frank had a legit argument, FTR.

Sutton is a big part of our offense, and he hasn't been in for the majority of the game.
