LOL ESPN announcers pregame....
Mahomes completed more passes than Jackson attempted. And ran one in just for good measure...

We gave them two turnovers, essentially, and a free TD on special teams and still stomped them

He’s so talented running the football. He’s like a snake.

Exactly. Jackson crumbled a bit after those back-to-back-to-back blitzes in the red zone. He slumped pretty hard after that second sack.

Lamar is a really fun QB to watch but that style of play (college type running QB) will always struggle to win when they face good teams with great defensive coaches when it counts.
They’re too predictable and you can scheme around their 3rd downs enough of the time to get crucial stops. Not a good position to be in when you’re playing a future HOF QB and play caller |

Loved everything I saw tonight with the exception of Thompson showing he is by and large unworthy of a roster spot. Calling the, a top 3 defense is only setting yourself up for being disappointed though.

Anytime Lamar throws more than 30 pass the Ravens lose. (He's won one time with 32 passes)
Anytime the Ravens fall more than 10 pts behind the Ravens lose(they have come back once) Just fyi |

Spags has done a hell of a job slowing down Baltimore's offense the last 2 years. And heading into both games, the Chiefs defense looked very shaky. There are bound to be other teams around the league that have equal or better defensive personnel and can pull off a similar defensive plan to slow down Baltimore. I don't think KC has anywhere near the best defensive talent in the league. But Spags is getting the most out of them in these big games. It's impressive!

Lamar said that KC copied what Tennessee did.
If that’s the case, there is a legitimate blue print on tape. Twice. |
