Isaiah Pead's on the board, but he's not really a RB the Packers could use. He does all the things that Starks, Grant, and Alex Green (if healthy) can do.
It was probably a mistake to let center go this long in the draft, but I also didn't anticipate the huge rush. Philip Blake would really be nice right here, or even Brewster. All the remaining guys are undersized (Molk, Saulsberry, Gerhart). That's okay though. The Packers are usually able to roll ahead with undersized centers as long as they move well and stick to their blocks. All of these guys do that. They go with the guy who's stronger at the point of attack, perhaps over-aggressive at times, but who also be more successful adapting to the pro game. Molk gets driven back a lot in spite of his lunch pail work ethic, and doesn't have much room to grow. This guy has been talked about as a "poor man's Rodney Hudson" due to his wealth of experience at guard at the college level, but possessing the traits and abilities that better fit the center position in the pros. Green Bay Packers select Quentin Saulsberry, C, Mississippi State |

Nightfyre, guys. He's been loyally keeping up with discussion, and he served his time in the Alternate Mock last year.
He's earned it. It's his turn. |

He's got quite a few picks coming up, too. I say give him 24/48 hours to respond. We can put the mock on hold for a bit. We've made great time.

Chiefs Country? Is that enough deliberation? Really, I don't see how we could go wrong with Nightfyre.
