Have we ever won a game with this ref crew?

Not to blame it all on them. But when my daughter comments about the flags...there is a problem.

Raiders are trash. Would have been worse if they were actual contenders and the refs didn’t just take 18 points from us. As it is, we’re still in a good spot for the 1 seed (not that we can’t win without that come the time when the games really matter).

Yep. We normally have this kind of game or stretch of games around the middle of the season. Let's just get it out of the way now.

Just like last season....started 4-0, then came that putrid Colts game followed by the Texans game....

This game (to me) had the feel of that Texans game last year.....

Despite all that, we all know how it ended up. We do have some things to shore up, but we'll be fine....

It was an inconsequential loss for KC....and a VERY consequential win for Vegas's new stadium and the NFL. They have themselves a winner and defeated the unstoppable Chiefs.

I showed restraint by not bringing up Clete during the week....he's the NFL's "go to" guy when they need a certain outcome. He didn't disappoint...

This all day long.

Like the Titans game last season we don’t know what losing today does for the team the rest of the way. Still believe we beat the Raiders in their house 9 times out of 10. They played perfect today and we were dropping passes and getting flags.

As you said, get back to work.

Clitoris Blakeman robbed the Chiefs of a Super Bowl appearance two years ago, called 50 penalties against the Chiefs at the start of the Rams game... seems to be a pattern with his crew.

I don’t mind penalties if they’re earned but today was ridiculous.

That said we need to overcome all obstacles and giving up 220 yards and 14 points on 4 plays is really inexcusable. Confident they’ll get it fixed.

Yep...they called like 7-9 penalties on KC in the first 8 minutes in the Rams game...while letting their RT false start a full second on a TD play during that span. It was ridiculous...

Remember the final quarter of the AFCCG...every conceivable call went for NE...they even made some up.

Blakeman is known for keeping the under spread in tact...KC was favored by like 13. Is anyone really surprised by multiple TDs being taken off?

A game like today really does make you feel like the NFL is pretty rigged. I don't mind when the refs call penalties (or go with the no-call approach), but I have a big problem when it's one-sided.

Raiders got a pretty helpful DPI call early in this game to give them a freebie first down, they got a very helpful NON-call on blatant DPI against Tyreek at the 5 yard line which led to a KC punt, and another very helpful OPI call against KC on a touchdown play. That's heavily one-sided officiating. Call it both ways for crying out loud.

Carr would have been forced to take a lot more risks in a second half where they are behind (as they should have been) and that would likely be curtains for them.
They played a massive role in helping us win last week and they played a massive role in us losing today. I say it balances itself out but the refs need to be better.

I still remember that phantom defensive holding call against Orlando Scandrick in 2018.

That doesn't even mention the long TD to Tyreek the called a pretty questionable holding on...that then resulted in a punt.
