Seems really short sighted by the NFL. Many streaming services don't have NFLN.

How do you call yourself a football fan without it?

A lot of people have moved from being "football fans" to "Chiefs fans", or who ever their team is. I was getting really close to watching only Chiefs games and no other NFL games until the last two weeks.

Thursday games suck ass, officiating sucks ass, the Patriot's whole division sucks ass, and AT&T sucks ass. I basically get it for free, but I can see why some people would quit paying for the rest of the NFL's product and just watch their team.

I only watch chiefs games.

I don’t watch any other team or game, have NFLN but never watch it. Won’t be watching these games tomorrow either.

There is nothing interesting in the nFL story lines or drama about the cowboys that I care to see.

So I watch the chiefs, their playoffs and when eliminated I’m done.

I used to love NFLN when it first came out.

it pretty much blows today.
I mean, there are only so many Top 10 lists and re-runs of A Football life a person can stomach.

is there something else that's awesome on NFLN that I'missing?

There is plenty of football content that can be had without paying the arm and a leg for NFLN.
I call it being reasonable and responsible.
I get my locals and a few extra for free via an HD antenna. The rest I can stream for free on the internet.
The real question is, why would anyone pay at all or over pay to watch NFLN or TV at all? It is stupid to have to pay for something that the advertisements are suppose to be paying so to provide that service. I will take it a step further. How many times do you pay to go see a movie and then have to watch ads every 10 or 15 minutes? How many programs on Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime that you watch are ate up with ads when you are paying for that service?

This is exactly where I've been for 20 years or more now. Once I could get my Chiefs fix online, without watching hours of ESPN or nfln for 30 seconds of Chiefs content, I stopped watching.

My provider doesnt carry NFLN. If it wasnt for monday night letdown I wouldnt need much other than rabbit ears. Thursday night games have been rebroadcast on fox this year so why the **** pay for another subscription just to have nfl network so I can watch kyle brant make shitty takes and look like a ****ing clown. I can do that on FS1 which is part of my cable package.

these 3 games on nfln are the only thing they have going for themselves and after saturday when the last game is over I'll cancel my free trial

Of course I'm going to my Parent's house this weekend. I'll be home for the Chiefs game but would like to watch some Saturday football to help me deal with the boredom. Parents have Dish and no NFL Network.

Or... We actually have lives that don't revolve around football. But if you want to spend countless hours watching the mindless content you get from the talking heads just so you can be a internet badass, you do you boo.

Has to be trolling. I can't recall the last thing I saw on NFLN and thought damn, what a great point or insight that is. When Greg Cosell comes on Cowherd's show each week might be one of the very few people that routinely gives really good analysis.
