Jays are going to be able to hit. That's for sure.

Fun signing...but not expecting much. If he's able to pull a Holland, then it will be nice to have another championship vet in the bullpen for the younger guys.

"If" it all comes together? 80 - 85 wins Good Stepping stone season ? 72 - 79 wins If we sustain a lot of injuries? 65 - 71 wins IMHO based off last years strong finish, I think we come without the bad start like last year, finish with a 72 to 79 win season. Not what we want but a good building block for the 22 season.

Wade Davis coming back is an interesting story and I hope for Wade and the Royals, he can have some success.
It has been since 2018 though that Wade Davis been any good. His last two seasons in Colorado have been pretty bad and even 2018 wasn't that good. Wade Davis Stats - https://www.baseball-reference.com/p...aviswa01.shtml Low cost minor league deal, so it is worth checking him out. Kelvin Herrera is still a free agent. . |

So Royals have now signed former Royals pitchers, Mike Minor, Ervin Santana, Greg Holland, and now Wade Davis.
I would not mind bringing back Trevor Rosenthal. |
