They should have traded him coming into this season, but that's too late now. They'd have gotten more draft capital if he'd have had another cheapish year on his deal.

The 13 second debacle killed the Bills.

They tried to go older and bandaid it and it's just cascaded on em.

But in reality, this is the way the NFL is. You build, have your chances, team gets expensive and you have to rebuild it and kinda start over.

The Chiefs are an anomaly here.

Of course. I don’t think they weren’t doing all they could to win. They just have not been able to capitalize because of KC and Mahomes.
