As it is right now.....I have a 1600 calorie limit....less than 20 carbs and I can only eat between 2 pm and 8 pm.

God damn dude, you're gonna lose the weight in no time.
Just make sure you're getting enough protein. I know that keto is 65/30/5, but I prefer something like 55/40/5, with 55 being fat and 40 being protein. |
